Session 1: Australian Wine TrendsThe Halliday Tasting Team annually reviews approximately 9000 wines, from more than 1100 wineries around Australia. Hosted by Jane Faulkner, this session will discuss the trends that have emerged throughout the year.
Our expert panel will discuss consumer buying and drinking habits, emerging varietals, viticultural trends and experimental winemaking techniques producers are using – from what's working to how they influence the final wine.
