Lost Phoenix Coffee Vodka

Produced in collaboration with local roaster Degroot, this coffee-infused vodka comes across a bit more aggressive on the nose than its unflavoured sibling, the bitterness of coffee seeming to enhance some of the more volatile grain characteristics of the underlying spirit. More intensity of coffee aroma would be an improvement. On the palate, there’s the same clean spirit and great texture as the unflavoured vodka, but the coffee doesn’t really assert itself at all.
