From vines planted on an east-facing slope in Gembrook in '83. A very bright green gold. Punchy aromas of white peach, passionfruit pulp, nettles and white flowers. The palate is flavoursome and textured, balanced by the wine's racy acidity. An excellent Gembrook sauvignon blanc, of which there have been many over the years. Drink now and over the next 6–8 years. – Philip Rich
