Lake George Winery

In late ’23, 4 business partners with backgrounds in agriculture, restaurants and hotels bought Lake George. The 111ha property comprises 8ha under vine including a prized 50yo vineyard. While there is a desire to expand the hospitality side of the enterprise, with more large-scale events and functions complementing the current restaurant and accommodation business, they are keen to focus on making good wines, too.
