Duncan Cook began making wines for his eponymous brand in '02, while undertaking his oenology degree at CSU. He completed his degree in ’10 and now works with a number of small growers. Fruit is sourced from vineyards at a range of elevations that are best suited for the varietal and wine style. -JAMES HALLIDAY
