Grant and Sonya Casley have established 9ha of sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc, semillon, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and shiraz, making the wine onsite. Wine sales are by mail order and through the cellar door, which offers all the usual facilities. -JAMES HALLIDAY
