Our Review

Established by the Hollick family, Hollick Estates' vineyard, winery, restaurant and cellar door overlooks Coonawarra. The estate-grown wines come from 3 vineyards, 2 in Coonawarra and 1 in nearby Wrattonbully, reflecting the characteristics of each site. The classic Coonawarra varieties of cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and chardonnay are made, along with The Nectar (botrytis riesling), barbera and tempranillo. -JAMES HALLIDAY
