Our Review
Adam and Tracy Adamczyk buckled in and held on tight as they embarked upon vineyard ownership when they purchased Mt. Coghill from its previous owners in '19. Planted to chardonnay and pinot noir in the mid-90s, the high-altitude site (430m above sea level) is prime for long ripening seasons and certainly aids in the retention of natural acidity in the wines. Today, with the wisdom passed on generously from their neighbours at Eastern Peake (see separate entry), the winery is producing wines of increasing quality, most notably its sparkling wines. -HALLIDAY TEAM
