Condie Estate

Richie Condie worked as a corporate risk manager for a multinational company off the back of a bachelor of commerce degree, but after establishing Condie Estate, completed several viticulture and winemaking courses, including a diploma of winemaking at Dookie. Having first established 2.4ha of shiraz, Richie and wife Rosanne followed with 2ha of sangiovese and 0.8ha of viognier. In '10 they purchased a ’90-planted, 1.6ha vineyard vineyard, where they established a winery and cellar door, and in ’19 a 3rd Heathcote vineyard was added to the mix. -JAMES HALLIDAY
