Our boutique accommodation provides four beautifully styled, spacious studio apartments overlooking the vineyard and valley. Each luxury room features a king size bed, designer styling, open fire place, central spa bath, in-room cellar door and vineyard views. Premium Villa 4, also offers a private sauna. 5 minutes drive from Polperro, Polperro Farmhouse is a luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway nestled in the heart of Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula.

Located roughly a one-hour drive from Melbourne, this 1950s-inspired rural retreat blends nostalgic charm with modern comfort for the ultimate social escape

For those looking to add extras to their stay, Polperro provides opportunity to include indulgent add-ons such as; dining packages at Polperro Bistro, Polperro Picnics and bathing passes at the Peninsula Hot Springs. Orders can also be made to have charcuterie/cheese platters and wine placed in the villa upon arrival.

Whilst most guests will not want to leave the comfort of their Villas during their stay, our location in the heart of Red Hill provides the opportunity to venture out and experience the myriad of nearby award winning restaurants, cellar doors, galleries and beaches. Our rooms can be booked seven days a week, for weekend, overnight or longer stays and are perfect for those seeking a romantic and relaxing getaway.

Special Features:
Guests can use their villas as a base to explore the Polperro property and beyond as well as completely relaxing with everything provided onsite. The close proximity of the bistro and the in-room continental breakfast, means there is no need to leave the property for anything. Ground level accessibility
