Noreen and Campbell McAdam make a single estate wine from shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, generally a blend, but in some years a straight Shiraz. In addition, they have a 'playground' of small plantings of other varieties from which tiny batches of wines are released from time to time. This business is no longer operating. -JAMES HALLIDAY
