Aravina Estate

Western Australia | Margaret River | Wardandi people of the Noongar Nation

Our Review

Aravina Estate, nestled in the Yallingup area of Margaret River, has undergone many changes since the vineyards were first planted in 1986 (when it was then Amberley Estate). Now with almost 30ha under vine (the broader estate spans 73ha), Aravina produces 100% estate grown and vinified wines from 12 varieties: semillon, sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc, chardonnay, cabernet, merlot, shiraz, tempranillo, arinto, grenache, malbec and touriga nacional. Winemaker Ryan Aggiss was formerly winemaker at Houghton’s (see separate entry) Nannup site. Acquired by the TenGolf hospitality and leisure group in ’23, Aravina has diversified its offerings to include accommodation, fine dining and a microbrewery on site. -HALLIDAY TEAM
