Thierry Ruault and Rachel Taylor have run a wholesale wine business in Perth since 1993, representing a group of top end Australian and foreign producers. By definition, the wines they offered to their clientele were well above $20 per bottle, and they have decided to fill the gap with a contract-made Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River. -JAMES HALLIDAY
