Our Review

When the Haunold family purchased the original Wills Domain Vineyard in '00, they were adding another chapter to a family history of winemaking stretching back to 1383 in what is now Austria. Their Yallingup vineyard is planted to shiraz, semillon, cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, merlot, petit verdot, malbec, cabernet franc and viognier. Our restaurant was lauded by the Australian’s food critic, John Leathlean, who called it ‘one of the best fine-dining restaurants in Margaret River’. The Restaurant has a refined, industrial feel with a focus on sustainable, wild-harvested produce. This food philosophy is championed by Culinary Director Jed Gerrard and Chef de Cuisine Sergio Labbe.
