Sauvignon blanc flourishes here in Australia, with its two prominent homes being Margaret River and the Adelaide Hills. However, that’s not to say other regions aren't also conquering the refreshing variety. The highest-rated wine ahead is indeed from Margaret River, yet Orange, Yarra Valley and Pemberton are not far behind.
